Chow Chronicles is a compendium of all the food features and food reviews I write.
I have divided it into three categories – within General Santos, Davao and outside Mindanao. I mostly travel between Gensan and Davao City so most of my food reviews and features are within these beautiful cities in Mindanao.
All food reviews are opinions and should be taken with a grain of salt. I am not a food expert but I am very passionate about food. I mostly write food reviews listening to other opinions who dine with me and rate it according to an average score with the people I dine with.
My goal is to provide an honest review to provide expectation to diners and prepare their budget and help recommend what I think will provide them a good experience.
I also want to help restaurants listen to diners like me to help them improve and achieve longevity in the industry. I try to criticize humbly and constructively.
I am not paid and only do this blog because I enjoy food and helping people.
Additionally, I created two new tabs – Tatler Dining and Cuisine.
Tatler Dining is my personal food review on restaurants that were hailed as best restaurants or notable restaurants according to Tatler Dining Asia.
Cuisine is an easier way for diners to search for food in Davao or General Santos City base on the cuisine they are looking for.
